Featuring design works crafted by heart from Creative Co. artisans, graphic designers, illustrators, and creatives; ICAD Odyssey Bazaar brings you the collections of limited edition designer-made items straight to your comfort.

Below are the common FAQs and guide to shop at ICAD Odyssey Bazaar:

How do I make a purchase on ICAD Odyssey Bazaar?

Browse through our various categories or use the search bar to find your favourite products. On the product page, you can click on "Make an Order" to discuss, make an offer, or place an order directly with the seller in their third party social media platform. The payments are made directly to our sellers’ account, thus there is no transactions made in ICAD Odyssey Bazaar’s website.

How do I track my delivery / shipping status update?

 

Are you wondering where is your order? Or asking yourself did the seller ship out / deliver my order? Fret not, this article section is going to address these 2 main question and help you understand better about your order.

 

As part of ICAD Odyssey Bazaar’s dedication to provide best online purchasing and selling experience to all users, we will be assisting you in knowing further updates of your delivery status. Once you’ve placed an order, our seller will be updating you the shipping number and other necessary updates straight to your account. Should the seller did not get back to you with the required updates, we will be contacting our sellers to get further informations about your order. You can reach to our customer service assistant via Website Chatbox or email us to 7tno8exhibition@gmail.com.

Does the product prices inclusive of shipping costs?

 

Shipping costs are determined directly by our sellers, thus each shop will be having slightly a different costs for estimated delivery fees. Some products will be notify you if it’s inclusive of shipping costs. Do align with the sellers to ask if there’s an added fees for shipping.

How do I know if the shop is no longer active?

 

ICAD Odyssey Bazaar is our sub-event in conjunction with ICAD Odyssey: 7TNO8 that will be commencing from August 14, 2020 for a month-long period. All shops displayed on the website indicates if the seller is still accepting orders. Should the shop is no longer accepting orders, our team will take the shop down once we have received confirmation from the seller.

My order is completed. Can I cancel my order or request a refund / return?

 

With respect, any orders that are completed will not be able to request for any return or refund through ICAD Odyssey Bazaar anymore.

What you can do next is:

 

1) For any orders that you did not receive / lost / damaged in transit, you can continue to provide the relevant documents to ICAD Odyssey Bazaar Customer Service to file for claims. This process should be done within 30 days of you receiving the order or date of the last tracking status update.

2) For any wrong / incomplete order received, please do contact the seller directly via chat or using the seller's phone number found on parcel's airway bill for claims purposes.

3) Any seller's guarantee / warranty shall be requested directly by chatting to the relevant seller. Do align with the sellers on relevant return shipping fee claims and etc.

Can I apply as part of ICAD Odyssey Bazaar?

 

We highly appreciate your interest in having us as the base of your artisan works and products. ICAD Odyssey Bazaar is always seeking for creative individuals and teams, expanding from traditional, local crafts to international digital artworks to be promoted online. However, we are sorry that we are not accepting sellers in the future to be part of ICAD Odyssey Bazaar in ICAD Odyssey: 7TNO8 as we’ve already have our slots pre-occupied with the emerging creatives from Creative Co. by ICAD. Chances always arise in the future, and it would be a great thing to have you in our next ICAD ODYSSEY events.
